Here are some of my FAVORITE products I have received my my Ipsy Glam Bags! Want to know more about Ipsy and how YOU can become a Glam Bag subscriber? See my post *HERE*
If this product is any indication of how great the rest of their product line is, I am impressed. This is a self-tanning lotion that is intended to give you a nice, natural looking tan for one day. I have used tons of tanning products and always look orange. To my suprise, St. Tropez One Night Only actually left me looking brown! The only thing that I didn't like about it is that it only lasted until I washed it off in the shower. I guess that could be a good thing for someone who only wants a tan for one day (not quite sure why you would).
Mica Beauty: Shimmer powder in 72 Earth
This eye shadow is gorgeous! I know there were a lot of Ipsters complaining about the color being "blah" or boring but I, personally, like it. It is a rosey beige color and very shimmery. The powder is really fine and highly pigmented. This is now one of my favorites. (see photos below)
Cailyn: Line-Fix Gel eyeliner in purple
"lesbehonest" lol Sorry, every time I say "let's be honest", I laugh. Anyway, Let's be honest, purple eyeliner has never really been my first choice. However, when I received this in my glam bag and tried it, I was hooked! I love the design of the packaging and the way the lid doubles as a base for the brush, making application so much easier since I have a firmer grasp and more control. The gel formula glides on smoothly without dragging and it doesn't smudge. The purple is a great color because it gives that pop of color without being obnoxiously loud.
Be a Bombshell: blush in sweet cheeks
This blush is highly pigmented so a little goes a LONG way. That can make it a little more difficult to apply but that also means it lasts a long time. The color sweet cheeks is the perfect color to give that natural "blushing" effect. It is now in my makeup bag and used just about every day (well, the days I wear makeup, that is.)
These are the products I used for my eyes in the picture below. I used the Mica powder for my lids, The Ulta shadow to highlight my brow bone, and The middle shade in the Almay pallet for my crease.

Here is the swatch. See how it is a more subtle purple?
Now here's a photo using both of those.
