Have you tried Gorton's Seafood products? I just had the opportunity to be included in the Gorton's Wicked Good Seafood campaign and try some of their seafood for free. I love fish and so do the boys. I was really excited to try some fun recipes with my coupons.
This is the generous kit Gorton's sent me.
Since Bryce dislikes fish, I always cook it on nights he has to work late. I will usually just pair it with macaroni and cheese and a veggie. This time I am trying some new recipes.
I used two of my coupons to purchase fish sticks and fish fillets. We love these! They are both crispy and flavorful and our favorite brand to buy. I still have some of my coupons that I am going to use to try some new stuff. I really want to try Gorton's Lemon Herb Fish Fillets.
I went to a friend's house and she concocted these delicious fish tacos using Gorton's Beer Battered Fish Fillets, lettuce, diced tomatoes with chiles, and a creamy white sauce. They were so good that I started eating them before I remembered I needed to photograph them! I sometimes shy away from frozen beer battered fish because it's often mushy. This isn't the case with Gorton's. I will definitely be buying them.
If you like Gorton's too, I encourage you to visit Gorton's online to print money saving coupons, check out some delicious recipes, and see the other seafood products Gorton's has to offer. You can also find Gorton's Seafood on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
Now for the fun part for Mom Turned Upside Down readers! You can enter the Wicked Good Seafood Sweepstakes for your chance to win a family trip for four to Boston, MA! This is a fabulous prize package that includes airfare, lodging, activities, and spending money.
But wait, there's more!
Comment on this post and let me know what delicious recipe I should try next with Gorton's Seafood and be entered to win (3) $2 off Gorton's Seafood coupons, 1 Gorton’s-branded ship wheel keychain, an assortment of Gorton’s recipe cards and beautiful seaside/Gorton’s postcards. I think you should try the Beer Batter Tenders Sub recipe!
