Target.com has coupons for $2 off any Revlon beauty tool (these are manufacturer coupons, NOT Target coupons). You can use them at Wal-mart to get FREE tweezers or nail clippers (plus overage in some cases) I got FREE nail clippers and tweezers both priced $1.49 ($1.02 overage towards the rest of my purchases)
OR
you can use them at Walgreens to get free tweezers. pair it with the WAGS $1 off Revlon eye impliments coupon in the April coupon book, get $.51 overage AND the register will print another $2 off revlon beauty tool coupon. You can keep repeating this deal until you get tired of it, they run out of tweezers or you decide you have enough :)
